  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar adjust as per taste
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate (optional) roughly chopped, optional for richer taste
  • 4-6 ice cubes ice cubes (optional)

  1. Take chilled milk and cocoa powder in a blender jar.
  2. Add sugar and chopped dark chocolate (if using) into the blender.
  3. Add ice cubes if you like your milkshake cold and thick.
  4. Blend everything for about 30-45 seconds until smooth and frothy.
  5. Pour the milkshake into glasses and serve immediately chilled.

Notes

You can adjust sugar as per your preference. For a lighter version, skip dark chocolate and use only cocoa powder. Using chilled milk and ice cubes helps get a frothier texture. Double the recipe to serve more people.
