
Methi Jowar Ragi Thalipeeth
A nutritious multigrain thalipeeth made with methi, jowar, and ragi. Rich in fiber, easy to cook, and perfect for a healthy Indian meal.

Method
- Mix jowar flour, ragi flour, methi leaves, onion, spices, salt, and curd in a bowl.
- Add little water and knead into a soft dough. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Take a small portion, place it on a parchment sheet, and gently press it into a round thalipeeth.
- Heat a tawa. Add a few drops of oil and place the thalipeeth on it.
- Cook on medium flame until golden spots appear on both sides.
- Serve warm with curd or homemade chutney.
Notes
For extra softness, add 1 to 2 tbsp warm water while kneading. Methi can be replaced with spinach for variation.
