
Indian Nutty Trail Mix
A healthy, easy-to-make Indian-style nut and seed trail mix — protein-rich, full of good fats, and great as a quick snack.

- Take a clean dry mixing bowl.
- Add all nuts and seeds: almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds.
- Add dried fruit (raisins or dried cranberries or chopped dates) and shredded coconut (if using).
- Sprinkle ground cinnamon if you like mild warmth, then mix everything thoroughly so ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mix into an airtight jar or zip-lock pouch. Store in a cool dry place. Use about a small handful (≈ ¼ cup) as a snack.
Notes
Choose unsalted nuts and unsweetened dried fruit for a healthier version. Portion size matters — around ¼ cup per snack helps control calories while giving protein, fibre and good fats. Great for mid-day energy, travel, or as a post-workout snack.
