
Mix Veg Paratha
A healthy, easy, and nutritious Indian flatbread stuffed with mixed vegetables. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a light dinner.

- In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour and salt. Add a little water and knead into a soft dough. Rest for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine grated carrot, cabbage, peas, potato, coriander, ginger, turmeric, red chilli, cumin, and salt. Mix well.
- Divide the dough into equal balls. Roll one ball slightly, place 2 tablespoons of stuffing, and close it from all sides.
- Gently roll the stuffed ball into a medium-size paratha.
- Heat a tawa and cook the paratha on both sides using a little ghee or oil until golden and crisp.
Notes
You can add beetroot, capsicum, or spinach to increase nutrition. Serve with curd or chutney for a balanced meal.
