
Grilled Paneer Sandwich
This healthy grilled paneer sandwich is packed with protein, fresh vegetables, and Indian spices. Perfect for a quick and nutritious breakfast or light meal.

- In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled paneer, capsicum, onion, coriander, hung curd, red chilli powder, jeera powder, black pepper and salt. Mix well.
- Spread the paneer mixture evenly on one slice of bread. Cover with the second slice.
- Heat a grill pan and lightly brush it with ghee or olive oil.
- Place the sandwich on the hot pan and grill on medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until crisp and golden.
- Cut and serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
Notes
You can add spinach, grated carrot or beetroot to boost the nutrition. For a spicier version, mix in a little green chilli.
