  • 200 g boneless chicken (small cubes)
  • 1/4 cup curd thick
  • 1 tbsp tikka masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp oil for cooking
  • 2 whole wheat rotis or wraps
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced capsicum any color
  • 2 tbsp mint-coriander chutney
  • 2 tbsp curd for spread

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Tawa or grill pan
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Mix curd, tikka masala, chilli powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice. Add chicken and coat well. Rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a tawa. Cook the marinated chicken on medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  3. Warm the whole wheat rotis. Spread a thin layer of curd and chutney.
  4. Place cooked chicken in the center. Add onions and capsicum.
  5. Roll the wrap tightly and lightly toast on the tawa for 1 minute.

Notes

Use hung curd for better marination. You can add cabbage or lettuce for extra crunch.
