  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen) strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/2 cup curd (dahi) thick
  • 1/2 cup milk chilled
  • 1 tbsp honey adjust to taste
  • 4-5 ice cubes optional

Method
 

  1. Add mixed berries, curd, milk, and honey to the mixer jar.
  2. Blend on medium speed until smooth.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled, thick shake.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen berries for a naturally thicker shake. You can replace milk with almond milk for a lighter version.
