  • 1 large ripe banana peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup chilled milk use low-fat milk for fewer calories
  • 1 tbsp almonds soaked or raw
  • 1 tbsp cashews optional
  • 1 tsp honey optional for sweetness
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats adds thickness and fiber
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder optional

Method
 

  1. Add the banana slices, milk, almonds, cashews, oats, honey, and cinnamon to a mixer jar.
  2. Blend on high speed for 30–40 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the shake into a chilled glass and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker shake, use frozen banana slices. You can also replace milk with almond milk for a dairy-free version.
