
Spinach Hummus
This Spinach Hummus is a healthy Indian-style dip made with chickpeas, spinach, garlic, and sesame. It’s creamy, protein-rich, and perfect for snacks or meal prep.

- Add boiled chickpeas, spinach, sesame seeds, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, black pepper, and salt to a mixer.
- Pour in olive oil and 2 tablespoons of water. Start blending.
- Scrape the sides and add more water as needed to get a smooth, creamy texture.
- Taste and adjust lemon, salt, and pepper. Blend again for 10 seconds.
- Transfer to a bowl and drizzle a little olive oil on top. Serve with veggies, roti chips, or use as a spread.
Notes
You can replace sesame seeds with 1 tbsp peanut butter for a budget-friendly version. Store in the fridge for 2–3 days.
