- Take 1/4 cup cold milk in a small bowl and mix custard powder until smooth.
- Heat the remaining milk in a saucepan on medium flame and add sugar.
- Once the milk becomes slightly hot, slowly pour in the custard mixture while whisking continuously.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the custard thickens. Turn off the flame and let it cool.
- Once cooled, add chopped fruits and mix gently.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes for best taste and serve chilled.
