  • 1 cup Fresh grated coconut unsweetened
  • 1 cup Seedless dates packed
  • 1/4 cup Almonds lightly crushed
  • 1 tbsp Ghee optional
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder

Method
 

  1. Add dates to the mixer and blend until they form a sticky paste.
  2. Transfer the date paste to a bowl and mix in grated coconut, crushed almonds, cardamom powder, and ghee.
  3. Combine everything well using your hands so the mixture binds properly.
  4. Roll small portions into smooth balls.
  5. Coat each ball lightly with extra grated coconut if you like.
  6. Store in an airtight container for 4 to 5 days.

Notes

You can replace almonds with cashews, peanuts, or mixed nuts. For a richer taste, roast the nuts lightly before grinding.
