
Healthy Veg Kathi Roll
This healthy veg kathi roll is a simple Indian wrap made with whole wheat roti, sautéed vegetables and light spices. Perfect for a quick, nutritious meal.

- Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger garlic paste for a few seconds.
- Add the sliced vegetables and cook on medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes until slightly soft.
- Mix in red chilli powder, turmeric and salt. Cook for another minute.
- Spread curd and green chutney on each roti.
- Place the cooked vegetables in the center. Add cucumber, onion and sprinkle chaat masala.
- Roll it tightly and toast lightly on the tawa for 1 minute to set the shape.
Notes
You can add paneer or tofu for extra protein. Use multigrain rotis for added fiber.
