
Raspberry Chia Cookies
Soft and wholesome Raspberry Chia Cookies made with oats, chia seeds and fresh raspberries. A healthy, beginner-friendly Indian snack.

- Preheat your oven to 170°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix oat flour, chia seeds, baking powder and salt.
- Add melted coconut oil, honey and vanilla. Mix until it forms a soft dough.
- Fold in the mashed raspberries gently.
- Scoop small portions and flatten lightly on the baking tray.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the edges turn golden.
- Let the cookies cool completely so they firm up well.
Notes
You can replace raspberries with strawberries or blueberries. Store in an airtight container for 4 to 5 days.
