
Carrot & Apple Fiber Bites
These Carrot and Apple Fiber Bites are a healthy Indian-style snack made with fresh fruits, oats, jaggery, and nuts. Perfect for digestion, energy, and easy snacking.

Method
- Heat ghee in a pan and add grated carrot. Cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Add grated apple and cook for 1–2 minutes until the raw smell reduces.
- Mix in jaggery and let it melt completely.
- Add roasted oats, almonds, and cinnamon. Mix well until the mixture thickens.
- Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool slightly.
- Take small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
Notes
You can add chia seeds or flax seeds to increase fiber further. If the mix feels dry, add 1–2 tsp warm water or more melted jaggery.
