  • 1 tsp Ajwain (carom seeds)
  • 1 cup Water

Method
 

  1. Heat water in a small pan on medium flame.
  2. Add ajwain seeds and let the water boil for 3 to 5 minutes until it turns slightly yellow.
  3. Switch off the flame and let it rest for 1 minute.
  4. Strain into a glass and drink warm for best benefits.

Notes

Have it on an empty stomach for better digestion and less bloating. You can add a pinch of lemon if you prefer a light flavor.
