  • 1 cup almonds raw
  • 1/2 cup fresh grated coconut
  • 10 pieces dates seedless
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • 1 tsp ghee for binding

Method
 

  1. Add almonds to a mixer grinder and pulse until they turn coarse, not powdery.
  2. Add dates and grind again until everything starts coming together.
  3. Add grated coconut, chia seeds, and ghee. Blend lightly to mix.
  4. Take small portions and roll into smooth bite-sized balls.
  5. Refrigerate for 20 minutes for best texture.

Notes

You can store these bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. Replace dates with jaggery if you prefer.
