
Healthy Aloo Paratha
This healthy Aloo Paratha is made with whole wheat flour and a light potato filling. It’s soft, flavorful, and perfect for a simple Indian breakfast or lunch.

- Add whole wheat flour to a bowl, sprinkle a little salt, and knead a soft dough using water. Rest it for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix mashed potatoes, coriander, green chilli, cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric, and salt.
- Divide dough into equal balls. Roll one ball into a small circle, place a spoonful of filling in the center, and seal it tightly.
- Gently roll the stuffed ball into a paratha using light pressure.
- Heat a tawa and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown, adding a few drops of oil or ghee.
Notes
For a healthier version, use minimal oil and pair the paratha with curd for better digestion.
