  • 1 medium apple peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup curd (yogurt) chilled
  • 1/2 cup milk chilled, dairy or plant-based
  • 1 tbsp honey adjust to taste
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder optional
  • 3-4 pieces ice cubes optional for extra chill

Method
 

  1. Add chopped apple, curd, milk, honey and cinnamon powder to a blender jar.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend once more for a chilled smoothie.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

Use sweet apples to avoid adding extra sweetener. Swap milk with almond milk for a lighter version.
