  • 1 cup spinach leaves washed
  • 1/2 cup banana sliced
  • 1 cup chilled milk or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey optional, for sweetness
  • 4-5 pieces ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add avocado, spinach, banana, and milk to the blender.
  2. Add honey and ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth, creamy, and bright green.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

For a vegan version, use almond milk or coconut milk. You can also add 1 tbsp chia seeds for extra fiber.
