
Baked Salmon with Broccoli
This healthy Indian-style baked salmon with broccoli is quick, flavourful and perfect for a high-protein, low-carb meal.

- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic paste, lemon juice, red chilli powder, turmeric, pepper and salt.
- Coat the salmon fillets evenly with the marinade.
- Toss broccoli with a little salt and the leftover marinade.
- Place salmon and broccoli on the tray. Bake for 18–20 minutes until salmon is cooked and flakes easily.
- Serve hot with lemon on the side.
Notes
You can add sliced carrots or beans for extra fibre. Avoid overbaking to keep the salmon juicy.
