
Banana Oatmeal Cookies
Soft and healthy Banana Oatmeal Cookies made with ripe bananas, oats and no refined sugar. Perfect for a quick Indian snack or breakfast.

- Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add rolled oats, jaggery, cinnamon, nuts and vanilla. Mix well into a thick dough.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Scoop small portions and flatten them lightly into cookie shapes.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the edges look slightly golden.
- Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
Notes
You can add raisins, choco chips or seeds for extra flavour. These cookies stay fresh for 2 to 3 days at room temperature.
