- Add grated beetroot, mashed sweet potato, besan, ginger-garlic paste, and all the spices in a mixing bowl.
- Mix everything well until it forms a soft dough-like mixture.
- Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape them into small patties.
- Heat a pan on medium flame and brush with a little oil.
- Place the patties on the hot pan and cook each side for 3–4 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Serve warm with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
Notes
You can add oats powder if you want a firmer binding. These patties work great for tiffin, weight-loss diet, or as a healthy evening snack.
