
Cardamom Tea
A warm and soothing Indian cardamom tea made with crushed elaichi pods, ideal for digestion and relaxation.

Method
- Heat water in a saucepan on medium flame.
- Add crushed cardamom pods and let them boil for 2 minutes to release flavour.
- Add tea leaves and boil for another 1–2 minutes.
- Add sugar and milk if using. Simmer for 1 minute.
- Strain the tea into cups and serve hot.
Notes
For a healthier version, skip sugar or replace it with jaggery. Avoid over-boiling to keep the flavour light.
