  • 1 pack Maggi noodles (masala)
  • 1 Egg fresh
  • 1/4 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 cup Water for cooking noodles
  • 2 tbsp Grated cheese any processed cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • Pinch Salt optional

  • Non-stick pan
  • Whisk or fork
  • Ladle

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the chopped onions and capsicum for 1–2 minutes until slightly soft.
  2. Crack the egg into the pan, sprinkle a little salt and pepper, and scramble it gently.
  3. Add 1 cup water and bring it to a boil.
  4. Add the Maggi noodles and the tastemaker. Mix well.
  5. Cook on medium heat for 2–3 minutes until the noodles soften.
  6. Turn off the heat, add grated cheese, and mix until it melts and becomes creamy.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your cheesy egg Maggi.

Notes

For a healthier version, add spinach, carrots, or sweet corn. Use whole wheat or oats Maggi if preferred.
