- Heat oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the chopped onions and capsicum for 1–2 minutes until slightly soft.
- Crack the egg into the pan, sprinkle a little salt and pepper, and scramble it gently.
- Add 1 cup water and bring it to a boil.
- Add the Maggi noodles and the tastemaker. Mix well.
- Cook on medium heat for 2–3 minutes until the noodles soften.
- Turn off the heat, add grated cheese, and mix until it melts and becomes creamy.

Notes
