
Chia Seed & Coconut Pudding with Turmeric

- Add chia seeds, coconut milk, turmeric, sweetener, and black pepper to a mixing bowl.
- Whisk well so the chia seeds don’t clump together.
- Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, then stir again to ensure even soaking.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thick and creamy.
- Stir once before serving and top with fresh coconut or chopped nuts.
Notes
For a richer taste, use thick coconut milk. You can also add cardamom for extra flavour.
