- Add banana, mango or papaya, and apple to a blender.
- Pour in milk or almond milk and blend until smooth.
- Mix in soaked chia seeds using a spoon.
- Taste and add honey if you want mild sweetness. Blend for 2–3 seconds.

Notes
You can use any seasonal fruits like berries, sapota, or kiwi. For weight loss, choose almond milk and skip honey.
