  • 1 tbsp chia seeds soaked for 10 minutes
  • 1/2 cup banana sliced
  • 1/2 cup mango or papaya chopped
  • 1/4 cup apple chopped
  • 1 cup chilled milk or almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey optional

Method
 

  1. Add banana, mango or papaya, and apple to a blender.
  2. Pour in milk or almond milk and blend until smooth.
  3. Mix in soaked chia seeds using a spoon.
  4. Taste and add honey if you want mild sweetness. Blend for 2–3 seconds.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve chilled.

Notes

You can use any seasonal fruits like berries, sapota, or kiwi. For weight loss, choose almond milk and skip honey.
