  • 1/2 cup curd (yogurt) preferably chilled
  • 1/2 cup banana or mango pieces fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup milk or almond milk adjust for thickness
  • 1 tsp honey optional, for sweetness

Method
 

  1. Add soaked chia seeds, curd, fruit pieces, milk, and honey to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little more milk if you want a thinner smoothie.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Soaking chia seeds helps with digestion and gives a better texture. You can also add oats or flax seeds for extra fiber.
