
Chicken Seekh Kebab
Tender and flavourful Chicken Seekh Kebabs made with lean chicken mince, fresh herbs, and simple Indian spices. A healthy, high-protein appetizer perfect for grilling or air-frying.

- Add chicken mince, onion, coriander, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, garam masala, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, and roasted besan to a bowl.
- Mix everything well until the mixture becomes slightly sticky. Rest it for 10 minutes.
- Grease your hands lightly with oil. Take a small portion and shape it around a skewer to form long kebabs.
- Heat a grill pan, tawa, or air fryer. Cook the kebabs for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally until golden and cooked through.
- Serve hot with mint chutney, lemon wedges, and sliced onions.
Notes
For extra juiciness, avoid overcooking the kebabs. If the mixture feels too soft, add 1 more tablespoon of roasted besan.
