Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 500 g Chicken mince (lean)
  • 1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 Salt, or to taste
  • 2 tbsp Besan (gram flour), roasted Helps bind the mixture
  • 1 tsp Oil For greasing hands and skewers

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Skewers
  • Grill pan or Air fryer

Method

  1. Add chicken mince, onion, coriander, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, garam masala, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, and roasted besan to a bowl.
  2. Mix everything well until the mixture becomes slightly sticky. Rest it for 10 minutes.
  3. Grease your hands lightly with oil. Take a small portion and shape it around a skewer to form long kebabs.
  4. Heat a grill pan, tawa, or air fryer. Cook the kebabs for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally until golden and cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with mint chutney, lemon wedges, and sliced onions.

Notes

For extra juiciness, avoid overcooking the kebabs. If the mixture feels too soft, add 1 more tablespoon of roasted besan.
