  • 2 cups fresh coconut water
  • 10-12 leaves fresh mint washed
  • 2 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp honey optional for sweetness
  • 4-5 pieces ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add mint leaves, lemon juice and honey to a blender jar.
  2. Pour in the fresh coconut water and blend for 10–15 seconds until the mint flavour mixes well.
  3. Strain the mixture if you prefer a smooth drink.
  4. Pour into glasses, add ice cubes and serve chilled.

Notes

Add a pinch of black salt for an extra refreshing twist. Always use fresh coconut water for the best taste and hydration.
