
Cucumber Chilla
A light and healthy Indian cucumber chilla made with gram flour and fresh vegetables. Perfect for a quick breakfast or weight-loss meal.

Method
- Add besan, grated cucumber, onion, coriander, green chili, turmeric, cumin and salt to a mixing bowl.
- Mix everything and add water little by little to make a smooth, medium-thick batter.
- Heat a tawa on medium flame, grease it lightly with oil.
- Pour a ladle of batter and spread gently like a small chilla.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the base turns golden, then flip and cook the other side.
- Serve hot with green chutney or curd.
Notes
Do not squeeze the cucumber water, as it helps make a soft chilla. You can add grated carrots or spinach for extra nutrition.
