These Date and Nut Fiber Bars are a healthy Indian snack made with dates, nuts, oats, and seeds. They are rich in fiber, naturally sweet, and perfect for weight management and energy.

Method
- Heat a pan and lightly roast the mixed nuts for 2 to 3 minutes. Keep aside.
- In the same pan, add ghee and chopped dates. Cook on low heat until the dates soften and turn pasty.
- Add roasted nuts, oats, flaxseeds, and chia seeds. Mix well until everything binds together.
- Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined tray and press it firmly into an even layer.
- Let it cool for 20 minutes, then cut into bars and store in an airtight container.
Notes
You can add sesame seeds or puffed rice for extra crunch. Store the bars for up to one week.
