
Fat Loss Soya Chaap

- Boil soya chaap for 5 minutes, drain, and pat dry. Remove sticks if needed.
- In a bowl, whisk curd, besan, ginger garlic paste, haldi, red chilli, garam masala, kasuri methi, salt, and lemon juice.
- Add chaap pieces to the marinade and coat well. Let it rest for at least 4 hours for best flavour.
- Heat a non-stick pan and brush with 1 tsp olive oil. Place marinated chaap on medium flame.
- Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning often, until golden and lightly charred.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and a side of fresh salad for a complete fat-loss meal.
