  • 250 grams Soya chaap sticks Boiled for 5 minutes to soften
  • 1/2 cup Curd (low-fat)
  • 1 tbsp Besan Helps coat and adds protein
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Haldi
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Kasuri methi Crushed
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Olive oil Optional, minimal
  • to taste Salt

Method
 

  1. Boil soya chaap for 5 minutes, drain, and pat dry. Remove sticks if needed.
  2. In a bowl, whisk curd, besan, ginger garlic paste, haldi, red chilli, garam masala, kasuri methi, salt, and lemon juice.
  3. Add chaap pieces to the marinade and coat well. Let it rest for at least 4 hours for best flavour.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan and brush with 1 tsp olive oil. Place marinated chaap on medium flame.
  5. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning often, until golden and lightly charred.
  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges and a side of fresh salad for a complete fat-loss meal.

Notes

For extra fat loss benefits, pair this chaap with sautéed vegetables or a bowl of curd. Avoid deep frying to keep calories low.
