
Healthy Grilled Chicken Wrap
A light and protein-rich Indian-style grilled chicken wrap made with whole wheat roti, simple spices, and fresh veggies.

- Add chicken, curd, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt in a bowl. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat a grill pan with a little oil. Place the chicken strips and cook for 10 to 12 minutes until fully grilled and golden.
- Warm the whole wheat rotis on a tawa to keep them soft.
- Spread hung curd or light mayo on each roti. Add lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and grilled chicken pieces.
- Roll the roti tightly to form a wrap. Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
You can add cucumber, capsicum, or mint chutney for extra freshness. Swap mayo with hung curd for a healthier option.
