Healthy Grilled Chicken Wrap

  • 200 g Chicken breast, thin strips
  • 2 tbsp Curd thick
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 pieces Whole wheat rotis soft
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce or cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup Sliced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Hung curd or light mayo for spread

  • Mixing bowl
  • Tawa

Method
 

  1. Add chicken, curd, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt in a bowl. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a grill pan with a little oil. Place the chicken strips and cook for 10 to 12 minutes until fully grilled and golden.
  3. Warm the whole wheat rotis on a tawa to keep them soft.
  4. Spread hung curd or light mayo on each roti. Add lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and grilled chicken pieces.
  5. Roll the roti tightly to form a wrap. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

You can add cucumber, capsicum, or mint chutney for extra freshness. Swap mayo with hung curd for a healthier option.
