
Healthy Gobi Manchurian
Healthy Gobi Manchurian made with air-fried or lightly sautéed cauliflower for a tasty Indo-Chinese style snack. Easy, beginner-friendly and perfect for a light meal.

- Blanch cauliflower in hot water for 3 minutes and drain.
- Mix whole wheat flour, corn flour, salt, pepper, and water to make a smooth batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter and air fry at 190°C for 12 to 15 minutes or shallow fry in a non-stick pan.
- Heat oil in kadhai. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add chopped onions and capsicum. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame.
- Add soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, and chilli sauce. Mix well.
- Toss in the air-fried cauliflower and coat it well with the sauce.
- Cook for 1 minute, switch off the flame, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, add 1 tsp oil to the batter. You can also add spring onions for more flavour.
