- In a bowl, mix curd, turmeric, chilli powder, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, and salt. Add chicken and coat well.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Cook the marinated chicken on medium heat for 7 to 8 minutes until soft and lightly browned.
- Warm the whole wheat tortillas on a tawa for a few seconds to soften.
- Fill each tortilla with cooked chicken, cabbage, onion, coriander, and lemon juice.
- Fold and serve immediately while warm.
Notes
For extra flavour, add a spoon of homemade salsa or hung curd dip. This keeps the tacos low calorie while enhancing taste.
