
Healthy Mint (Pudina) Chutney
A quick, easy and healthy Indian mint chutney made with fresh herbs — perfect as dip or condiment for snacks, chaats, sandwiches or meals.

- Wash mint and coriander leaves thoroughly under running water and drain well.
- Roughly chop green chilli, ginger and garlic (if using).
- Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, chopped chilli, ginger and garlic into a blender or mixer jar.
- Pour lemon juice and salt. Add 2 tablespoons of cold water to help blending.
- Blend until smooth. Add more water little by little if chutney is too thick, till you get desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust salt or lemon juice if needed. Transfer chutney to a clean bowl and refrigerate in airtight container.
Notes
This chutney stays fresh in refrigerator up to 5-7 days. Use clean, dry spoon each time you take chutney. Great as dip for snacks or spread for sandwiches.
