Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds (with skin)
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup raw walnuts (halved or chopped)
  • 1/4 cup raw pistachios (shelled)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (kabocha/pepitas)
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened raisins (or dried cranberries / chopped dates)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional) for mild flavour

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl

Method

  1. Take a clean dry mixing bowl.
  2. Add all nuts and seeds: almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds.
  3. Add dried fruit (raisins or dried cranberries or chopped dates) and shredded coconut (if using).
  4. Sprinkle ground cinnamon if you like mild warmth, then mix everything thoroughly so ingredients are evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer the mix into an airtight jar or zip-lock pouch. Store in a cool dry place. Use about a small handful (≈ ¼ cup) as a snack.

Notes

Choose unsalted nuts and unsweetened dried fruit for a healthier version. Portion size matters — around ¼ cup per snack helps control calories while giving protein, fibre and good fats. Great for mid-day energy, travel, or as a post-workout snack.
