- Clean the chicken breast and pat it dry. Make small cuts so the marinade goes in well.
- In a mixing bowl, add lemon juice, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, salt, olive oil, and herbs. Mix well.
- Coat the chicken evenly with the marinade. Keep it covered in the fridge for at least 2 hours for best flavor.
- Heat a grill pan on medium flame. Grease lightly with oil.
- Place the marinated chicken on the hot pan. Grill for 6–7 minutes on each side until golden and fully cooked.
- Remove from heat, rest for 2 minutes, and slice. Serve hot with a fresh salad or sautéed veggies.
