
Methi Sabzi
A simple and healthy Indian-style methi sabzi made with fresh fenugreek leaves, ideal for everyday meals and rich in nutrients.

Method
- Heat oil in a kadai and add chopped garlic. Sauté for a few seconds.
- Add chopped onions and cook until soft and light golden.
- Mix in the chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
- Add turmeric, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Stir well.
- Add the chopped methi leaves and mix gently.
- Cook on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes until methi softens and releases its aroma.
- Add salt, stir and cook for 1 more minute. Serve hot.
Notes
You can add boiled potatoes or green peas for variation. Always wash methi well to reduce bitterness.
