
Mint Ginger Lemonade
A refreshing Indian-style Mint Ginger Lemonade made with fresh mint, lemon juice and ginger for a healthy, cooling summer drink.

Method
- Add mint leaves, grated ginger, lemon juice, honey or jaggery, and ½ cup water to a blender.
- Blend on high until the mixture becomes smooth.
- Strain the blended mixture into a jug to remove the pulp.
- Add the remaining chilled water and mix well.
- Pour into glasses and add ice cubes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavour, add a pinch of black salt or roasted cumin powder. Adjust sweetness based on taste.
