  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves loosely packed
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger fresh
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp honey or jaggery adjust to taste
  • 2 cups chilled water
  • 4 pieces ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add mint leaves, grated ginger, lemon juice, honey or jaggery, and ½ cup water to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until the mixture becomes smooth.
  3. Strain the blended mixture into a jug to remove the pulp.
  4. Add the remaining chilled water and mix well.
  5. Pour into glasses and add ice cubes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavour, add a pinch of black salt or roasted cumin powder. Adjust sweetness based on taste.
