- In a large bowl mix whole wheat flour, muesli, chia seeds, salt, and jaggery powder.
- Activate yeast in warm water for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Knead to form a soft dough.
- Cover and let the dough rest for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch the dough, divide into 6 equal balls, and shape into round rolls. Press slightly and make a star pattern using a knife.
- Brush with milk and sprinkle some muesli on top.
- Bake at 180°C for 18-20 minutes until golden and firm.
- Cool the rolls on a wire rack before slicing.

These rolls stay fresh for 2 days at room temperature. Toasting enhances flavor and crunch.
