  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter (natural)
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed powder either works
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder optional

Method
 

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth and lump-free.
  2. Add peanut butter, honey, oats, chia seeds, and cocoa powder. Mix well.
  3. If the mixture feels sticky, add 1-2 tbsp extra oats.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.
  5. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up before serving.

Notes

You can store these energy balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Great as a quick breakfast bite or pre-workout snack.
