  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (unsweetened)
  • 1 small banana thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder optional

  • Toaster or tawa

Method
 

  1. Toast the whole wheat bread slices lightly on a toaster or warm them on a tawa.
  2. Spread peanut butter evenly on one side of both slices.
  3. Place thin banana slices over one slice of bread.
  4. Drizzle a little honey and sprinkle cinnamon if you like extra flavour.
  5. Cover with the second bread slice and press gently. Slice and serve fresh.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness. For extra crunch, lightly toast the sandwich after assembling.
