
Peanut Milk
A creamy and nutritious Indian-style peanut milk made with soaked peanuts. Easy, dairy-free, protein-rich and perfect for weight management.

- Wash the peanuts well and soak them in water for 8 hours or overnight.
- Drain the soaked peanuts and remove loose skin if required.
- Add the peanuts and 3 cups of fresh water to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain the blended mixture using a fine strainer or muslin cloth to extract the milk.
- Add jaggery and cardamom if you prefer flavour, mix well and serve fresh.
Notes
You can refrigerate peanut milk for up to 2 days. Shake well before drinking as natural separation is normal.
