
Poha Namkeen
A light, crunchy and healthy Indian snack made with roasted poha, nuts and mild spices. Perfect for tea-time or a quick bite.

Method
- Heat a pan on low flame and dry roast the poha for 3 to 4 minutes until crisp. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in the same pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- Add curry leaves, green chillies, peanuts and roasted chana dal. Roast for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle turmeric powder and mix well for a few seconds.
- Add roasted poha, salt and sugar. Mix everything gently until the spices coat the poha evenly.
- Switch off the flame and let it cool completely before storing.
Notes
Store in an airtight jar for up to 2 weeks. Add cashews or raisins for variation.
