
Rosehip Tea
A soothing Indian-style Rosehip Tea rich in vitamin C. Light, healthy, and easy to brew for daily wellness.

- Add water and crushed rosehips to a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
- Reduce the flame and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes to release the flavour and nutrients.
- Switch off the heat and let it rest for 2 minutes.
- Strain the tea into cups and add honey if you prefer sweetness.
- Serve warm and enjoy the soothing Vitamin C-rich drink.
Notes
For a stronger flavour, simmer for an extra 2 minutes. You can also add a small piece of cinnamon in winter.
