This Spiced Chicken Wrap is a healthy Indian-style meal filled with tender masala chicken, fresh veggies, and whole wheat roti. Perfect for quick lunches and high-protein meals.

- Mix curd, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder, garam masala, and lemon juice in a bowl. Add chicken and coat well. Rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan. Add a few drops of oil and cook the marinated chicken on medium heat for 8-10 minutes until soft and lightly charred.
- Lightly sauté onions and capsicum in the same pan for 1-2 minutes to keep them crunchy.
- Warm the rotis. Spread mint chutney or hung curd, add cooked chicken, and top with veggies.
- Roll the wrap tightly and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crunch, add shredded cabbage or lettuce. You can also use multigrain rotis to boost fiber.
