  • 1/2 cup curd (yogurt) chilled
  • 1/4 cup milk chilled, adjust for thickness

  1. Add strawberries, curd, milk, honey, and oats to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust honey or milk if needed for sweetness and thickness.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, freeze the strawberries beforehand or add 3–4 ice cubes while blending.
