
Sweet Potato French Fries
Crispy and healthy Sweet Potato French Fries made with simple Indian spices. A beginner-friendly snack or side dish.

- Wash, peel, and cut the sweet potatoes into even-sized fries.
- Soak the fries in water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat dry.
- Transfer them to a bowl and add olive oil, red chilli powder, black pepper, chat masala, and salt. Mix well.
- Preheat the air fryer or oven to 180°C.
- Place the fries in a single layer and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Cook until crisp.
- Serve hot with mint chutney or homemade curd dip.
Notes
For extra crispiness, avoid overlapping the fries while cooking. You can also add garlic powder for extra flavour.
