
Sweet Potato & Lentil Tikki
A healthy Indian-style tikki made with sweet potato and lentils. High-fiber, protein-rich, and perfect for weight loss.

- In a mixing bowl, add mashed sweet potato and cooked moong dal.
- Mix in coriander, ginger-chilli paste, chilli powder, cumin powder and salt.
- Add besan and combine well to form a soft dough.
- Shape small round tikkis with your hands.
- Heat a non-stick pan, brush with a little oil and place the tikkis.
- Cook on medium flame until golden and crisp on both sides.
Notes
You can air-fry the tikkis for an even lighter version. Add grated carrot or spinach for more nutrients.
